I actually hate it for this purpose, in the book it also means to drink deep and has psycho-sexual connotations. Why not just say understand and move on?

Why not just say understand and move on?
- KMnO4 4y agoThe book that coined the term was written over 60 years ago. Its usage has evolved since then.
