Rebrand as the others have said. If you really want to segment users you can rebrand by city, that is a new app per city. This would also afford you another means to A/B beta test features. Personally anytime I see "social" I stay away. Other than the one or two surprise apps that come out a year the space is beyond crowded. Good Luck!
