TikTok slapped with $5.4M fine over cookie opt-out feature
- PoignardAzur 4y agoI don't know what the process was and why it took so long, but wow, the CNIL has been on fire the last few months. Google, Facebook, now Tiktok... I hope the other, smaller companies who blatantly violate the GDPR with their "If you're reading this message and you're not going away you're giving us consent to spy on you" banners see the writing on the wall and start actually complying.
