- paulryanrogers 4y agoI agree there is public interest in knowing when these techniques are involved, if only for oversight to prevent abuse. Not sure why folks would rather be ignorant of whether family, close or distant, were involved in a crime. (Disclosure: Slate is my employer though my role is far from its reporting, and opinions here are mine alone.)
