And look further back, to Drucker, for progenitors of those ideas. Grove's capitalism was an older model than the current neoliberalism. He, again like Drucker, saw the value of a long-lived company in its relationships with its customers, its workers, and even with the citizens where the company was located instead of only seeing value in stock evaluations and quarterly profits.
