Our unit was too small. And with the shared wall smells and smoke would pump out the attic vent on the opposite side of the unit where the other window was. This was especially bad when they had parties at their place and the smoke from cigarettes and vapes literally surrounded our entire unit. The previous tenants at the neighboring place had considerately placed their grill in the lawn area. And never had parties.
