Sony MDR-7506 headphones[1]. I bought them at least 15 years ago after seeing my friend (a sound engineer) use in his studio. Apparently professionals like them because they are "flat" don't try to boost bass or anything. The leather on the pads wore out after a some years (due to travel), but I got replacement pads and they are isolating as new now.
