Your post is unclear. Have you been doing a programming bootcamp thing for three months or have you been working professionally for three months? If you've done a bootcamp thing and not worked with anyone, my baseline expectation would be that you can do nothing. As in, I'd expect you to be unable to write a calculator program in JavaScript. If you're working with other people, listen to them. Programming is not a very easy game to play. The bootcamp marketing rather glosses over that.
