It surely isn't. My company forced us to write reviews there and you can be sure they expected good ones. Worked out pretty well as far as I could see. Isn't the first time I've heard about companies doing that. Even if they'd rely solely on reviews from disgruntled employees, the amount of those would also say something meaningful.
