- lproven 4y agoNote the timescales! Over millennia. I'm talking about 5-6-7 metres sea level rise in the lifetime of most posters and commenters on HN. In the next 70-odd years. That renders a few cm uplift in the 21st century an utter irrelevance. Stockholm won't be inaccessible by sea; it will be seabed. If we have 4ºC rise this century, there won't be anyone left to write about it. 4ºC in a century is species-extinction level event.
