This should be true but is definitely not. I’ve had cheap metal cutlery that was flimsy and bendable, multiple sets that literally rusted, and I don’t want to know what kind of metals were leaching from it. Now I buy stainless from liberty tabletop, literally the last remaining stainless steel tableware manufacturer in existence in the us. It’s not that expensive and much better quality.
