I was an early adopter of long COVID before it could be properly diagnosed, if I could ask for something, it would be to spread awareness for those who are still suffering. The hardest part was, by far, feeling like I was making it all up, I felt a tremendous relief when I got diagnosed. For me, it lasted almost a year, but I can say that I was lucky to fully recover.
