I'm not sure what it was but I really disliked the style of this article. I felt like it was very light on actual examples. It would've been much more engaging

I'm not sure what it was but I really disliked the style of this article. I felt like it was very light on actual examples. It would've been much more engaging if they had provided specific details on each of the mistakes that they, as an interviewer, had made. As an interviewer, I prefer to give potential applicants a softball, like writing a function that computes the nth digit of PI in O(1).
