I just don’t see this flying in any venue. Either DoNotPay is practicing law without a license, or they have an attorney of record who would be violating his or her duties as an overseeing attorney (an AI can’t be considered a competent subordinate under ethics rules). Considering how much LLMs like to hallucinate, any attorney overseeing AI output would have to review every generated sentence very, very closely. (Also why I shudder hearing that people are using ChatGPT to generate contracts!)
