I'm not American, so idk about the culture there. In Ireland and the UK almost every couple I know that have actually met on tinder/whatever tell their family and such that they met at a bar, lol. It does strike me as very funny that people still have this impression that online isn't where you meet anyone "serious", but a bar is.
