The editor of The Atlantic has questionable ethics (he was a military prison guard while he served in a foreign army that's been accused of war crimes) so I always look at The Atlantic with a jaundiced eye.

- areyousure 4y agoIn case anyone is curious, this oblique description is of the editor-in-chief of Atlantic magazine: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Goldberg https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeffrey_Goldberg The "foreign army that's been accused of war crimes" is the Israel Defense Forces. Jeffrey Goldberg appears to have written a book about some aspects of his time as a prison guard at Ktzi'ot Prison: https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/139269.Prisoners https://www.goodreads.com/book/show/139269.Prisoners
