Wish they can at least release previous conversations.
I have been seeing "previous conversations are temporarily unavailable" for days and all I wanted is just to save some of my previously generated essays.
- londons_explore 4y agoWorth checking your browser cache maybe...
- londons_explore 4y agoI think showing those previous conversations is a much harder job than it appears... There is an architectural problem. I described the issue here:[1] [1]: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=34337575 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=34337575
- thrdbndndn 4y agoYeah I get that, I think they should provide the static copies in the meanwhile.
- londons_explore 4y agoI think so too. But that requires a bit of dev effort, and perhaps they are prioritizing other things - like some state migration path to the new models, or a button to click to 'replay' a conversation from an old model through a new model to regenerate the state.
