Many people say they've little memory, but they just actually lack focus.
- Octabrain 4y agoThis. My partner for instance. She blames her current "bad memory" on ageing, bad habits when younger and what not while at the same time, I see her grabbing her phone for mindless thumb scrolling literally every five minutes.
