Currently you can basically draw the pitch of a vocal performance, however using AI you could re-render the wavefile and adjust more parameters than simply pitch - such as timbre, inflection, vibrato, dynamics, distortion, openness, softness, breathiness, or a bunch of other vocal attributes.
