SEC Charges Genesis and Gemini
- arcticbull 4y agoIt’s funny, many here freaked out when Coinbase Earn got shut down, calling the SEC hypocritical and saying everyone should have been shut down or nobody should have. Willful misinterpretations of the fact these are clearly bonds and bonds are clearly securities were proffered. At the time I said Coinbase was their test case and the SEC was coming for everyone, we just had to wait. Whelp, here they are.
