If you are a manager who wants your reports to just do the work that makes your job easier and you look good then you are in for a long hard road in most corporate environments.
- jrumbut 4y agoThis is a better formulation of what I was getting at. If you have someone who can do the work, there is a lot to be gained from trying to fix the incentives because capable developers don't grow on trees.
