Currently watching my wife throw up for the 6th time this week with morning sickness (except hers happens after 6pm). She is in academia and has enough flexibility that she's been able to arrange her classes in the morning when she feels better. I work from home in my own company so I can eke out free time.
But man, there is no way we would have been able to make this work if we had traditional jobs. Pregnancy is hard, and it's much, much harder for some people. My wife has been constantly nauseaous for a month now. The medication that does help somewhat - Zofran - has some iffy results and most doctors are afraid to prescribe it.
I don't regret it, but I absolutely do not have the will or the time or the money to have another.
