Everyone I know who could financially afford to have kids, did decide to have kids. And those that were struggling financially delayed their kids. I can't believe the simple reality of how bad the job market can be for regular young people has not yet reached politicians and they actually needed a study to tell them? Just try to buy a family home with an average salary ... and you know why people don't create the situation that requires a family home.
