"The provision would not apply to search engines." Why?
- MonkeyClub 4y agoProbably because one doesn’t need an account to run a search, and when they do get to the website, then the website will do the necessary handling. I’m not 100% certain of this, but it’s what I gather from the context - anyone feel free to correct me if it’s incorrect.
