The laws already exist for passenger vehicles, they're just selectively enforced.
- midoridensha 4y agoThe laws allow pickups and SUVs to have extremely high-mounted lights. There's no law against it, otherwise manufacturers wouldn't build them that way. Selective enforcement has nothing to do with it.
