I don't know, how well rested in SpaceX, but I know, this is highly regulated work. People in space industry working at shifts, if night, than usually next 24h rest. It is just impossible, to save good concentration without rest. Yes, usually they are one team, but everybody have duty, usually one night shift every 3 days (all other day shifts). Also, their shifts usually moving, ie Mon 07-15, Tu 15-23, Wed 23-07 (exact time other this is just illustration). And also, I've seen semi-shifts, ie Mon 07-15, Tu 15-23, Wed 23-07, and second team Mon 11-19, Tu 19-03, Wed 03-11, so there are no moments, when all present have not already drink coffee. And all operations heavy documented, so when shifts change, they don't need to make significant duty-transfer procedure.
