For someone who acknowledges how little he knows of the matter, you've said a lot. You did not promote critical thinking by raising those questions--you only expressed your malicious doubt. Anyone who truly has the humility to recognize the limits of their knowledge would have said nothing at all.
- erenyeager 4y agoGo on, silencing voices calling to reason and forbearance. And now I am assumed to be malicious in my valid concerns? Many are those who have no issue making assumptions which lead to big troubles. You can be better than this.
- lbwtaylor 4y agoWhere is the forbearance in an execution?
- throwaway2202 4y agoThe OC is not suggesting any support or disagreement regarding the execution.
- rTX5CMRXIfFG 4y agoOh stop it with the overdramatic victim mentality. You're not being silenced, you're just being disagreed with and your manner of questioning being criticized.
- throwaway2202 4y agoUnfortunately saying nothin used to be a thing. It was the wise thing to do. But just like how publish and perish became a thing, it is not wise to say little and selectively. Check twitter. I don’t support the government in charge there. However the peace OP brings up in their other comment is extremely important, They tell us every other month they want to attack Iran, they literally did so three times in 20th century, and twice in 19th (and much worse when including russia, which was aligned with the english against the french). Iran has not initiated any war since 1820s, and was neutral in both world wars. People die in wars.

You really think that that’s normal? And how could malice not be interpreted from the way the questions were raised when they only question the veracity of the claims of the prisoner?
