Precautions for content security(hollywood studio)

I am having a meeting with a hollywood studio/content producer in two weeks. We are making a "behind the scenes" app for them to integrate into their existing distribution systems. What precautions do I need to take with respect to their content? What softwares do I need to install, how should the permissions be set up to avoid piracy, etc?
