So it sounds good, but do you really want to take PTO when it comes to performance evaluations? If you were senior enough to get 6 weeks of vacation a year, would you trust your manager to take in your seniority when it comes to taking time off? Or would he look at his spreadsheet and say, "Meh, you need to not take so much time off."
