Have a big trip planned to far away? You can now stay longer, and don't need to sacrifice e.g. Thanksgiving or Christmas. Moving house? Days off. Etc. Anecdotally, productivity is up on teams I've been on with DTO. Everyone is just more rested, relaxed, and ready.
