Yeah, well these are the same type of people that won't hire you if they don't like your suit at the interview. They think you are being disrespectful or unfit if you wear the wrong tie. Pure and simple, they are lazy and their laziness affects people's livelihoods. There is absolutley nothing poor grammar tells you about a person that you can't verify in an interview.
