The FLSA needs a total rewrite. The fact that you can be forced to work uncompensated overtime just because you’re working with computers or your salary is above a laughably low cutoff is obscene.
- willcipriano 4y agoThat and H1B proves that the capitol and managerial class really hate anyone who works in IT. It makes them so angry that they have to pay us.
