Any source for the claim of a ground stop? I see plenty of flights still taking off.

The most recent one seems to say something like that. ATCSCC ADVZY 023 DCC 01/11/2023 ALL UAL MAIN AND SUBS GROUND STOP Not that I know how to read it.   My understanding is that applies to United Airlines and it’s regional partners. It seems each airline is making their own decision.
