ChatGPT will baiscally say he doesn't want to participate in hate speech. But more generally in this case and many others the problem is subjectivity vs objectivity. If you ask something subjective to an AI there's at least 1 person which is going to disagree / be offended by it. "Deserve" is the problematic word and ideally, the AI should refuse to anwser or make a general statement about public opinion and propaganda for example.
