Wait, what's this about Finland?
- Alex3917 4y agoIt's where Nokia is headquartered. That, combined with nordic culture, lead to very high early adoption rates among teenagers in the early 2000s.
- jonathankoren 4y agoYeah. Cell phones really took off after the local paper mill started making them in the 90s. :)
- Tijdreiziger 4y agoWell, sure, cell phones took off everywhere in the 90's, and the ones out of Finland were certainly among the more popular. GGP was specifically about smartphones, though.
