Sort of; if I'm understanding correctly, it also has a separate data store with context that gets used to build a prompt for GPT thus making the answer perhaps more precise based on already existing data on the internet that gets scraped and presumingly manually curated. One thing to note is that it doesn't seem to keep a session / cookie for logged in and have lost my authenticated state. I guess I'd need to resend the e-mail.
