This is for the whole state and yet so many comments are discussing NYC. Some places in upstate NY are crazy poor.
- nemo44x 4y agoHonestly start northeast and work your way down the mountains and then through the Midwest. It’s the “Big White Ghetto”.
- jkingsbery 4y agoThey are quite poor compared to NYC standards, but the idea that 60% of those people are not earning enough to maintain the lifestyle that Americans typically expect is just not credible.
