Sometimes yes, sometimes no. I tried yesterday, out of three simple tries it managed to solve it only once. Highly unpredictable. So you cannot really say "it knows caesar ciphers". Edit: in fact I would like an explanation for how this can be? I have seen examples of solved caesar ciphers where the sentence (and its solution) seems unlikely to have been memorized, so how can ChatGPT get the right answer for those if not by actually deciphering it? And if it can decipher in some cases, how come it generally fails (in my experience)?
