Make candidate do a take-home assignment that requires a day of work.
- loupgaroublond 15y agoI would consider this very valid pre interview. It's a bit mean; ideally an assignment should take 15 minutes to do. The advantage is, if someone does it, does it well, you have a really good indicator if that person is a good fit.
