I'm still waiting on a tool that installs an activate.sh/activate.bat file that will bootstrap the tool when it's not installed, and then load up the environmental variables so that clean/build/deploy/test becomes active. Manually installing stuff sucks. It should be cross platform, automated and local by default whenever possible.
