They probably used an online service that has your mailing address and birthday on file: https://www.valpak.com/advertise/postcards-service/birthday-mailers https://www.valpak.com/advertise/postcards-service/birthday-... Depending on your activities/state that could have even been information scraped from a public database like USPS mail forwarding or voter registration.
