"Biden sold 180 million barrels of the strategic petroleum reserve at about $96ish per barrel and is now refilling it at about $73ish per barrel.
The US government will realize a $4 billion profit (180,000,000 X $22).

- avmich 4y agoWhat do you mean? US sold some oil when it was expensive and buys it now when it's less expensive, and pockets the difference.
- anshumankmr 4y agoAs in some allied countries like France were angry for being sold oil at a steep price, so I was wondering how America will get to buy back oil at a cheaper price.
