ChatGPT is enabling script kiddies to write functional malware

- sharemywin 4y agoSo of course I had to try it. So I asked it about what Windows Local Privilege Escalation is. It ended up mentioning rootkits. so I asked it what a rootkit looks like. It showed me a simple version then I asked it "could a rootkit avoid being detected by antivirus software" but it got shut down from overload. Not sure if it would have gotten any further or not.
- sharemywin 4y agoat least when I asked it to give me some examples of how to avoid antivirus software it warned me: I can provide some examples of rootkit techniques, but it is important to note that creating and distributing rootkits is illegal in many countries, and I do not endorse or encourage the use of these techniques.
