EU has had similar excess mortality in 2022 as 2021 and 2020
- agent008t 4y ago...and it has been significantly higher than 2017, 2018, 2019. Scroll down to cumulative excess mortality charts that make this clearer. Note that this is all-cause mortality, not just COVID. I found this unexpected given the big difference in the news coverage and policy in 2022 compared to prior years.
- sfusato 4y agoFor the 0-14 & 15-44 years ranges the all-cause excess mortality is highest in 2022 > 2021 > 2020. You wouldn't expect these numbers going by the news coverage.
