  The CCP accomplished their goal without sending him to a camp or killing him: they demonstrated that even a billionaire isn’t above the party, exiling him [1], marginalizing his influence in Ant [2], preventing its IPO [3], etc. It was sending a message (“know your place”), perhaps not fully intertwined with “common prosperity” [4], but sharing some notes.
