Is this available anywhere in plaintext format? I see a txt file but it looks like it was OCR'd from the ebook.

- monocasa 4y agoThat's only the first few hundred lines, whereas the source in the pdf is a few hundred pages.

I did not manually correct anything, and the results aren't great.
