- wkat4242 4y agoDoes Belarus really significantly trade with anyone but Russia? They're already so heavily sanctioned I kinda wonder if they care. Also, this is just a formalization of what is already an unwritten rule in Belarus and Russia. Not just copyright, hacker groups have free reign as long as they don't operate in countries within the Russosphere.
