This guy was downvoted into oblivion for summarizing current case law in the US. I haven't been here in probably a year, and that's a little concerning to me.
- xboxnolifes 4y agoThe poster did not claim to be summarizing current case law. One can, and many people likely have, just as easily interpret the statement as their opinion. Just because a statement happens to currently align with current case law, doesn't mean it's a summary of current case law.
