Borrowing and lending requires a lot of transactions. Make sure to do it on a cheaper blockchain (NOT Ethereum) otherwise you'll end up paying a ton of money in fees. I would recommend Polygon (Matic) or AVAX since they're much cheaper than Ethereum and have decent liquidity on AAVE.
