  Bolsonaro can concede and quit and move to Florida, but most people aren't rich enough to quit and move to a supposedly still-free country on another continent, but still have to deal with all the issues they were dealing with over the past decade. I suspect that a lot of these "Bolsonaro supporters" don't see this as being about Bolsonaro vs. Lula, but about a whole abusive state system versus themselves.
